BP3 State Street, Canary Wharf - Commercial Stone are pleased to announce that they have secured the stone, terrazzo and ceramic package at BP3, Canary Wharf for the brand new office of the international bankers, State Street.
The package value of £350k includes new travertine flooring to various lift lobbies and terrazzo monolithic flooring to the 5th Floor restaurant.
Completion of the works is due in the Summer of 2008.
Business Expansion – Commercial Stone and Woodstock Construction have agreed to merge and will continue to trade under the name of Commercial Stone Ltd. Paul Bazell, previously Managing Director of Woodstock, will act as Building Construction Consultant.
This news greatly increases Commercial Stone’s capabilities in the external refurbishment and general building sector of the industry.
