We are pleased to announce the successful completion of works at Victoria House.
The works involved cleaning of all elevations using nebulous water sprays, stone repairs, re-decorations and new lead dressings to the dormer windows.
The key to the success of this project was the works being carried out by our abseil teams, thus saving our client considerable funds and disruption that would have been caused by scaffolding. Scaffolding was erected to areas requiring major restoration works
A major element of the project was re-dressing eighteen of the dormer windows in new lead-work to the approval of the local authority conservation officer.
